Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for use of the AI image generation Chrome extension and web application provided by Mimicit ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

To use the Service, you must complete registration by creating an account using the prescribed method.

Please provide accurate and truthful information (name, email address, etc.) during registration. If your information changes, please update it promptly.

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Users under 18 must obtain parental consent before using the Service.

Users must keep their account passwords strictly confidential and must not disclose, lend, or transfer them to third parties.

All actions taken through an account will be deemed actions of that account's user.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

We bear no responsibility for damages resulting from unauthorized account use.

Users must not engage in any of the following:

(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals (2) Criminal acts or acts related to crime (3) Generating or distributing inappropriate content including content involving minors, sexual content, violence, or discrimination (4) Acts that infringe on third parties' copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights (5) Acts that harm other users or third parties, or harassment (6) Unauthorized access to our servers or acts placing excessive load on them (7) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Service (8) Unauthorized resale or redistribution for commercial purposes (9) Mass access using scraping or automated tools (10) Any other acts we deem inappropriate

Copyrights for programs, text, designs, and other content provided by the Service belong to us or legitimate rights holders.

Rights to images generated by users are subject to the policies of the AI model provider used and applicable laws. Be sure to check each model's terms of service.

Users are responsible for only using source images for which they hold copyright, usage rights, or other legitimate rights.

We bear no responsibility for disputes or damages arising from unauthorized use of third-party works as source images.

Some features of the Service are provided on a credit basis. Credits can be purchased within the Service via the prescribed method (card payment via Stripe).

Prices and credit amounts may change without prior notice.

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. However, this does not apply if the Service is significantly unavailable due to a critical defect on our part.

Free credits may have an expiry date.

Remaining credits will not be refunded upon account deletion.

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

(1) When performing scheduled or emergency maintenance (2) When force majeure events occur such as system failures, natural disasters, or disease outbreaks (3) When third-party services (AI model APIs, payment services, etc.) are suspended or change their specifications (4) When there are other unavoidable operational circumstances

We bear no responsibility for damages to users arising from changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the continuity, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of the Service.

We also make no warranties regarding the content or quality of content generated through the Service.

We bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages (including lost profits and data loss) arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Even where our liability is recognized, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to us in the past month.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or if we otherwise deem it inappropriate.

We bear no responsibility for loss of data or credits resulting from account deletion.

If you wish to delete your own account, please do so from the Profile page in the Dashboard.

We may change these Terms as we deem necessary.

We will notify you of important changes via the Service or by email. Changed Terms take effect when posted on the website.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
